Airman Advanced Airway Workshop to be held at Parker College in Dallas, TX. We
are putting the registration on sale beginning October 22, 2004. The prices for
the workshop will be as follows:

CRNA - $350

There will be no late registration fees charged and the price at the door will be the same

We have changed the venue and the dates for the conference as follows:
The workshop location which was previously planed to be held over two weekends in
Fort Worth has been rescheduled to be held on October 30 and 31, 2004 at
Parker College of Chiropractic
